Welcome to our intentional community.
We’re so glad you found us!
Now serving families in Gallatin Valley and beyond, in-person or online.
We would like to introduce you to our collective of Montessori educators, guides, and creative professionals whose goal is to provide in-depth resources, strengths-based and Montessori-rooted supports, professional connections, and references directly to you.
Our mission is to help guide
twice-exceptional children and their families to ensure that their educational journeys are providing them all available opportunities to not just survive, but thrive.
What does
“Twice-exceptional”
mean?
"Twice-exceptional," often abbreviated as "2e,"
refers to children who are exceptional or gifted in one or more areas, such as academics, creativity, or leadership, while also having one or more disabilities or challenges (including, but not limited to, autism spectrum, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, dyslexia, and other forms of neurodivergence).
In the educational setting, these children are considered to have exceptional abilities or potential, yet they may also face learning, social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties that can impact their academic performance or overall well-being.
Explore opportunities for experienced guidance
Welcome to our nurturing community and collective, where we stand by you on this journey to empower twice-exceptional children. Our insights and support are here to help you to illuminate your child’s path. We view twice-exceptionalism as a gift and a strength, and seek to encourage others to do the same. We are not here to diagnose or stigmatize; we are here to offer tested, strengths-based educational interventions and resource connection in a low-stress, low-pressure way.

“Once the teacher understands that mysterious powers exist within the child, and that these reveal themselves spontaneously through the child’s activities, his attitude will change, no longer being that of a superior toward an inferior; for he will realise that here is a treasure that must be allowed to yield benefits. Humanity is in dire need of this new type of educators. ”
-Maria Montessori, Citizen of the World, p. 97

Our Land Acknowledgement
EduCatalyst Collective’s home in Bozeman, Montana, Valley of the Flowers, resides on the traditional land of Niitsítpiis-stahkoii ᖹᐟᒧᐧᐨᑯᐧ ᓴᐦᖾᐟ (Blackfoot / Niitsítapi ᖹᐟᒧᐧᒣᑯ). Members and descendants of the Blackfoot Confederacy (the Niitsiitapii [Real or Original People]) and the southern bands known by federal designation as the “Blackfeet” (Ampskapi Pikuni), Apsáalooke (Crow), Nimiipuu (Nez Perce), Salish, Kootenai, and Shoshone peoples are this land’s original stewards.
As we gather on this land to catalyze educational change, we commit to listening to and learning from Indigenous voices, respecting their sovereignty, and advocating for justice, equity, and reconciliation for all Indigenous peoples. We strive to build meaningful relationships, upholding the values of respect, reciprocity, and responsibility toward the original caretakers of this land in action and in education.
We are eternally thankful to our Ampskapi Pikuni friend who has mentored us in our Collective’s formation.
